In the 13th century, Abakhaan one of Holakhu Khan’s nephews made a mosque on the remains of the fortification, but it was also later destroyed and today only a part of tiling decorations has left. One crater inside the fortification itself is filled with spring water. The lake is 112 meters deep and make a wonderful view to the whole site. The interesting fact about the lake is that, the water temperature in Summer and Winter is always around 21 Celsius degrees.
